By using the services of Tidy Space Cleaning Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services including deep cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, office cleaning and Airbnb cleaning.

Bookings
All bookings must be confirmed in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments if necessary.

Payments
Payment must be made after completion of the cleaning service unless agreed otherwise.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning appointment.

Liability
Tidy Space Cleaning Ltd is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not securely fixed.

Access
The customer must provide access to the property at the scheduled cleaning time.
